"Let's Talk Boomers" on 94.3 Saturday, Feb 28th

Fellow Boomers, do you enjoy watching “Dancing with the Stars?” Well in Charleston we have “Dancing with the ARK Stars!” This entertaining event features local celebs and helps raise money for the ARK – a very important resource for those who are caregiving for someone with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Tomorrow we'll be talking with Cheryl Moniz of the ARK and Tauna Longest – the People's Choice Winner of last year’s “Dancing with the ARK Stars” and a judge for this year’s event Plus, we’ll have two FREE tickets – worth $100 – so tune in tomorrow at 11AM to "Let's Talk Boomers!" only on 94.3 WSC!

Bill, a fellow Boomer, will talk about his journey to creating All About Seniors and his own Publishing Company, Striped Rock. He'll be joined by Laura Ray, his Director of Development and also President of Lowcountry Senior Network.

Family Services on "Let's Talk Boomers!" this Saturday 2/7/15


Did you know Family Services has been around since 1888? They empower people through advocacy, counseling, and education that helps them keep assets and achieve financial stability. How do they do this? Well, they have a ton of resources and education classes that are FREE such as the upcoming March 7 Money Matters for ages 12 - 21 (and parents, too!) that is held only once a year with workshops on budgeting, investing, career skills, college financial aid, and more! And there is Shop Smart - Cut grocery bills in half by learning the ins and outs of couponing. They'll even come to your workplace, school, church, or civic group to assist your community with the above topics and more!
